Junior did a tune up for my furnace system, he cleaned it up well, gave some recommendations and overall left it better than when he showed up. happy with the work and price was fair. $225

Mauricio & Adrian were the best.  The installation of our HVAC was flawless. We had a problem with getting the new thermostat to work, so Mauricio replaced it in a few days with a new one and worked with me for several hours to get it working on my app.  So patient! Superb customer service. Responsive. Efficient. Competent. Respectful. Cooperative. Professional. Solid communicators. Front office staff were kind, courteous and alert, then got me right to the folks I needed to work with. Luis (Field Technician) called to communicate an understandable delay and arrived right on time. One of the absolute BEST contractors that I have used.  100# professional.  From the first contact, with Jessica, to the appointment with Tom and the installation of the HVAC system-the entire experience was OUTSTANDING.  Tom was exceptional!!!  I have Never had a HVAC representative take the time to explain their recommendations and Tom walked me through every step of the various HVAC options. We made a warranty call for our HVAC system to address temperature balancing and airflow concerns in our one year-old home. Luis answered the the call for Steele Brothers Heating. What a wonderful experience. Not only did he address our concerns to make our system run WAY better, he also took time to explain how our 3-zone system is designed to work and how best to setup our system through the thermostat settings.
