They are always reliable, thorough, and fair. This summer, our AC went out in the middle of August, during a horrible heat wave. Luis Bracamontes came out the next day, explained what he thought the issue was (he was correct), and promptly fixed it and got our AC back up and running. Every rep from Steele Bros has taken the time to explain what went wrong, what they did to correct it, and what I can do to help keep the equipment running in top shape.
