I reached out to several places for quotes once my AC died in the middle of summer. Because the system was over 23 years old, it ended up being a full AC/furnace replacement.Tom came out to get me a bid. He showed up on time, was extremely friendly, respectful, and went through all of my options at my pace. He understood what I was looking for and wasn't trying to push the highest price or extras. I had a ton of questions and he was able to answer all of them to my satisfaction.When it was time to pull the trigger, I decided to go with Steele Bros because I felt like they were there to make this process as easy as possible for me without making me feel like just another sale. We scheduled it for a few days out. I also have an old dog that needs cooler air to breathe well, and Steele Bros were able to move my install date closer at my request.The install itself went really well. The team showed up around 9:30 and they were gone by 4. No issues. I provided the team lunch and they must have eaten quickly because I didn't even see them eat!All in all, my experience was really great. It's always a concern that you might get one of those nightmare experiences with a large purchase, but from my experience Steele Bros is as professional and courteous as they come. I noticed that out indoor temperatur was not where it was supposed to be according to the thermostat. Our Carrier furnace was blinking a diagnostic code. Cross referencing that code, showed it could be a dirty temp probe. I cleaned that and a different code was now blinking. Nothing else to do. It was 9:30 PM. I called in the morning and John D. stopped by on the way to work. He really wanted to get the heat running since the house was already 60 degrees. He checked a few things out and checked with another technician and a few replacement parts were needed. John checked with Carrier and surprisingly they were in stock. The new parts were installed and the house was heating up by mid afternoon. Blake was excellent and tested a few things and gave everything a once over before closing everything up. His attention to detail is excellent. We are up and running the same day! This weekend was going to have highs of teens and lows of negative single digits. We are so happy with John and Blake. They really wanted to get us up and running that day. Steele Brothers installed our HVAC system for our builder and we have been very happy. At that time Beau and Joe walked us through the various options and efficiencies and ways to insure excellent indoor air quality. I’m not thrilled that a few parts failed in the furnace but being under warranty softened that blow. And getting up and running in 1 day was unexpected. I highly recommend the Steele Brothers crew. They treat you the way you should be…with respect. They are knowledgeable and want to get it done right the first time. We greatly appreciate this and will always call them and recommend them to our friends. Thank you!

I haven’t had such over-the-top service from a company for years! Our home heater went out two days before Thanksgiving. Steele Brothers came out ON THANKSGIVING MORNING and put a new furnace in for us! Who else does that? Because we had a 2 and 4 year old with us, they also dropped 3 space heaters off for the two nights we were without heat, one of which they let us keep for free. This company is re-setting the standards of customer service! Don’t use anyone else!!

Almost 10 days with no AC with weather in the high 80s thru 100s. I had terrible experiences with multiple other companies this week being shady, charging me high prices for work that was either not done at all or didn't fix the problem. Steel bros was the company I originally wanted to call but my system broke down start of weekend amd online it states their hours were Monday thru Friday. I should have called a week ago because I didn't realize they had an excellent emergency crew. Blake was our hero. He called me back soon after I left voicemail. He patiently listened to all my concerns about previous experience. He came out immediately and did a full system check and actually gave us correct professional advice. I highly recommend this company. Our furnace stopped working over night, I called in the morning, spoke with Noah in scheduling (very friendly) and they were able to come same day. Blake (the technician) was extremely educational about the problem, pointed out the broken part (and how it had broken), replaced it and did an overall check to make sure everything else was working well. He also gave some really great tips on how to avoid shortening the lifespan of my furnace. I appreciated his efficiency and loved that he wore booties over this boots to keep my floors clean. Very respectful man. Great company.

I've had them out several times, and each time they went above and beyond. Very professional, responsive, and skilled. Great work ethic, which is challenging to find these days in these areas.More specifically, a huge shout out to Blake and Noah. We've never worked with such great HVAC techs before. They brought a solution-oriented attitude despite the rather odd problems we were experiencing. With three zones, whole-house humidifier, and two different brands across 3 smart-thermostats, it wasn't the easiest problem to track down. But that did not matter to them. They carefully diagnosed issues and had them resolved.We will continue to use Steele Brothers moving forward for all our needs.Keep it up guys! Great work.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Blake on the after hours service call Friday evening when I returned home from a business trip and found out that my heat had failed to come on. I called for emergency after hours service Blake was most helpful tried walking me through processes to correct the issue. He spent an incredible amount of time on the phone trying to help. Unfortunately we were not able to fix it and since they were not open again until Monday I had to call another company for emergency service on Saturday. Blake was extremely helpful I would definitely call steel brothers because this is a company who truly cares about their customers.

The estimator (Tom) that came out did a great job reviewing our options and explaining what to expect in terms of costs, length of wait for materials, and turnaround time for that actual install. Oswaldo and his install team did a top notch job, everything was neat and orderly with the installation as well as being on-time in their arrival and departure. He reviewed everything that he and his team had done and walked us through the programming and set up of the new thermostat as well. Our furnace and AC were about 20 years old and not performing great, so after getting bids from a few places, we went with Steele Brothers for a full new system. Tom did a great job of breaking down our options in a no-pressure way, and their pricing was competitive. They were also able to get us on the schedule relatively quickly. The techs, Carlos and Adrian, did an awesome job on the installation. Our old AC was close to our patio and super loud when running, so we wanted to put the new unit around the corner of the house, which meant running longer lines and taking out a small shrub. W really appreciated Carlos and Adrian putting in the extra effort to put the unit in the new spot, now we don't hear it at all. Jennifer in the office was also so helpful in submitting our rebate form to Xcel. Overall, everyone we worked with at Steele was great—friendly, professional and went above and beyond. We recommend them and we're glad we went with them.

If you are looking for a new furnace or repair services for your furnace, look no further! We purchased our furnace and AC 9 years ago from another company and had been a loyal customer all the while. We hired this company to service our system twice a year to make sure our system was well maintained. During one of their maintenance appointments last week, they identified a crack in the heat exchanger. Turns out we were breathing some pretty toxic air. We requested a quote to repair the heat exchanger which was covered under the warranty but their service fee left us speechless - - it was outta-sight high! I felt like they were gouging and absolutely showed no loyalty to their customer. I contacted Steele Bros. Heating, among others, and they were hands down the best on all counts. They were responsive, concerned for our safety, very reasonably priced and quick to repair. We ended up leaving our old company and purchasing a new furnace through Steele Bros. and we are so glad we did! They came out almost immediately, confirmed the problem, and was here to install the new furnace the next working day. We went with a 2 stage furnace which was very reasonably priced and should hopefully save a fair amount on energy bills.They scheduled us within a week, and the technicians arrived on time, and were quick and efficient with the install. My wife and I purchased a home where the A/C unit was installed by Steele Brothers just two years ago. Unfortunately the system stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. We had a rocky start at first trying to get some technicians out to our house to inspect the unit. These are the guys you want when it comes time to add onto or upgrade your hvac system. I hired them to install a/c to my excising ductwork and replace and upgrade the furnace at the same time. The finished product turned out above my expectations; it’s very apparent these guys take pride in their work by the extra time they took to cleanly route wiring, ducting, a/c lines, and the outdoor electrical. I’m an extremely picky guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to have these guys back out if I ever needed additional work done. Superior for and finish. The gentleman who came out to give the quote was on time and professional, and in the everything came in at the quoted cost with no surprise charges. A few years ago I hired Steele Bros to replace my fan coil unit (heating system) in my condo. Because of extremely tight space restraints, there were several challenges inherent in the project. We had issues that spanned a period of almost two years before all the bugs were ironed out. Each and every time Steele Bros was committed to making the job right, even though they had worked several times to accomplish it previously. Finally after several attempts, the problem were all solved. As I stated, there were many inherent issues and Steele Bros stuck with me until they were all rectified. Most companies would have walked away at some point without all the issues being resolved. I would recommend Steele Bros to anyone. Steele Bros took such great care of us. I ended up hiring Steele Bros after getting jerked around by another HVAC company for 3+ weeks. Our house is 80 years old, and the access to our crawlspace is very small. The rep from Steele Bros who came out to give us an estimate assured me that the access would be adequate for our furnace replacement. I even confirmed again when I booked the installation. The crew arrived on day 1 to find that the access was in fact too small. They arranged to come back the next day, and widened the access to accommodate the furnace, without charging us extra. Their pricing was reasonable, and scheduling was easy. Everyone on the install crew, as well as the supervisor were friendly, helpful, and very competent. I will be using Steele Bros for our HVAC needs from now on. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Steele Brothers installed a new Carrier Infinity system in our Littleton home 3/2020, furnace and AC, and also an Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier. Our house is 35 years old and there are challenges when replacing major systems in older homes. Steele Brothers excelled in every way: they designed and recommended an ideal system, they installed it on-time and with the upmost care and professionalism. I am a stickler for details and doing things right - and Steele Brothers delivered complete satisfaction. Their price was very reasonable all things considered. The after-the-sale service we got to take care of minor issues was exceptional. Fantastic customer service. I hired Steel Bros to replace the furnace in my new home. The install was a bit rocky only because their main guy was sick that day, so they sent a backup rather than delay the install. The backup guy was very nice, but obviously not used to being in charge of the field team. When the first cold day came by, the new furnace was not heating completely. I called Steele Bros, and their customer service was amazing. Kristen made sure that Mauricio who is one of their top service techs was out to us the same day.Mauricio was very knowledgeable, respectful, timely and fixed the problem (only lose wires that weren't tightened quite enough on the install.) Mauricio was able to check out the furnace in my old house - again same day service with no hassle, they just want to really make things good for their customers.I would certainly recommend Steele Bros!

Octavio and another technician came out to replace our furnace today. They were professional and polite, and got started quickly. They had to remove our washer and dryer, and our hot water heater to get to the furnace (it's a condo). They handled everything with ease. Instead of using the old, less then ideal, plumbing and wiring they opted to replace most everything. They have a high standard for quality, and I noticed. Overall, it was a great install. They also left EVERYTHING CLEAN, and barely left a trace otherwise. Thank you!
